As a lifelong Santa Maria resident, Purple Heart recipient, and U.S. Army combat veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, I have dedicated my life to serving others. Today, as an aviation professional, I continue that commitment here at home.
 

For more than 36 years, my family has operated a business at the Santa Maria Public Airport. Over the past decade, I have led its operations and business management, giving me firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges facing our airport.
 

The Santa Maria Public Airport is one of Northern Santa Barbara County's most valuable public assets. It has the potential to attract new businesses, create quality jobs, strengthen our local economy, and serve as a catalyst for long-term economic growth throughout the Santa Maria Valley.
 

If elected to the Santa Maria Public Airport District Board, I will focus on:
 

• Modernizing airport infrastructure to ensure long-term safety, efficiency, and competitiveness.

• Building strong partnerships with airport tenants, local businesses, regional stakeholders, and government agencies to expand economic opportunity.

• Recruiting aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, and logistics companies that create quality jobs and encourage long-term investment in our region.

• Exercising responsible fiscal stewardship while protecting the airport as a valuable public asset.
 

Whether serving our country overseas or leading operations at the Santa Maria Public Airport, I have always led with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to service. As your representative on the Santa Maria Public Airport District Board, I will bring that same dedication, experience, and leadership to every decision—putting our community first and remaining focused on the mission of strengthening our airport, growing our local economy, and serving the people of the Santa Maria Valley.
